Betty more International Company Limited mainly known as IBK came into existence through the good efforts of a young and dynamic Nigerian. The company was duly incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission Abuja-Nigeria on the 16th day of June 1993. The share Capital at the inception was 100,000 ordinary shares but was later increased to 500,000 ordinary shares.
The Company at the time of her formation subscribed to transact on Goods and Services ranging from Household Goods, Building Materials, and Auto Spare parts to Confessionary Goods and Liqueur.
The company has since its inception till date occupied a substantial market Quota in the Auto Parts and Building Material Markets In Nigeria with the popular brand names: IBK Parts and IBK Tiles / Roofing Systems.

Our resolve to be a leading Corporate Company in Nigeria and the African region has poised us to listen to our teaming customers who are beer Consumers but detested alcoholism. Already the alcoholic beer market is facing suffocation in Nigeria and Africa.
Our customers are confident in us and we cannot delay any longer to satisfy them. Hence we have decided to immediately commence the importation and distribution of Non-Alchoholic beer so as to occupy and maintain our reserved marker share.

Mrs. Esther Chinenye Onwunzo is an Executive Director to this company. She is that virtuous woman behind the success story of Mr. Bethrand Onwunzo.

The company has reliable and experienced team of professionals in her management structure. The Chief Executive Officer with the cordial hands of fellowship from the Executive director ensures the operations of the company.
